SPC COMPACTORS

The SPC ” Self Press Compactor ” are designed to handle various types of wet & dry waste, including domestic, office refuse, packing materials, crates, textiles , tins, foam plastics, and more. Their simple operation and advanced design make them a popular choice for many shopping malls in South Africa. These compactors are self-contained and sealed to minimize the risk of fires or spills. By using SPC compactors, you can save up to 85% on transport costs. These compactors require little space and do not need any additional support. The SPC series is available in eight different models with varying loading apertures, compaction forces, and bin sizes. Optional extras for these compactors include an internal wash system, stainless steel sections ,  odor control, rust protection, and a mobile bin tipper system. The compactor bin variations include lift on and roll on.

    NHP COMPACTORS

    The NHP series of compactors is ideal for commercial and industrial use. They feature large charge boxes and compact, robust frames, allowing them to take up minimal space while still handling waste material efficiently. By utilizing the NHP series, transport costs can be reduced by up to 85%. The series offers a variety of compaction-containers to choose from and is available in five different models:

    • NHP-8: loading aperture of 800x570mm, compaction force of up to 8Tons, and a 3m3 bin size for rear end loading.
    • NHP-10: loading aperture of 1000x870mm, compaction force of up to 18Tons, and an 11m3 bin size for lift on loading.
    • NHP-14: loading aperture of 1410x870mm, compaction force of up to 35Tons, and a 15m3 or 20m3 bin size for roll on loading.
    • NHP-15/10: loading aperture of 1510x1180mm, compaction force of up to 35Tons, and a 20m3 or 27m3 bin size for roll on loading.

    Optional extras for the NHP series include through-wall feed chutes, through-wall installation with a loading dock, a wheelie bin tipper, cyclone hopper extension, and rust protection. The compactor bin variations available include rear end loading, roll on roll off bins, and lift on loading.

    BM 240 WHEELIE BIN COMPACTOR

    The Bin Compactor is designed to compress both wet and dry waste directly into 240 Ltr wheelie bins, reducing the volume of waste by up to 3:1. This compactor is ideal for situations where 240 Ltr wheelie bins are used for waste storage and transport. By compacting the waste directly into the bins, it meets the bin specification and reduces the space required for waste by up to 65%. The Bin Compactor is simple to operate and is a mobile unit. By reducing the volume of waste, it helps to reduce waste collection charges, saving you money. Additionally, it is a plug-in unit and operates on a 220 Volt system.

    CP 120 COMPACTORS

    The Bulkmatech CP/BM-120 Series of Vertical Type Compactors are designed to reduce the volume of waste by up to 85%, making them suitable for a range of facilities such as office buildings, flats, hotels, and supermarkets. By compacting waste, these machines save space, lower waste disposal costs, and eliminate foul odours. They also offer minimal storage space requirements and a quick return on investment. The CP-120 model has a height of 180cm, width of 80cm, depth of 60cm, and a loading aperture of 60x40cm. The CP-120X.L model has a height of 210cm, width of 80cm, depth of 60cm, and a loading aperture of 60x55cm. The BM-120 model has a height of 180cm, width of 80cm, depth of 60cm, and a loading aperture of 60x40cm.
